Since 1978 we have arranged a variety of funding using a collection of private funders.
These private funders can move very quickly as they are lending their own funds.
They will lend if required up to 100% on a project.
If the loan is under 100% they will lend on either an interest only basis or a mixture of interest and equity.
The interest can be often rolled up and paid on exit.
If they are required to lend 100% on a project they will often require a majority equity holding.
The interest rates usually range from 2% -5% per month.
Equity usually ranges from 10%-70% depending on the deal.
