Loans are available from £10,000 to £50,000.
Loans are available up to 85% of the house value, minus any existing mortgage.
For Example a house worth £200,000, 85% = £170,000 minus say a £120,000 mortgage, would enable a client to borrow up to £50,000.
Interest rates are from 7.9% and loans are available up to 15 years.
Loans are available to both Employed and Self Employed people.
Loans are available to clients with Mortgage Arrears and Adverse Credit.
