We are able to source and provide good commercial, student and residential land throughout the UK, with planning or conditional on planning.

London is the most sort after and prime land with planning will command a premium price.

This type of purchase, building land tends to range from £1m - £30m and depending on if planning is in place or conditional for a commercial or residential scheme, will always attract a premium price.

Land with or conditional on planning in other major cities like Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and Edinburgh etc. will usually sell from £500k - £20m.

As well as selling this type of land, we always have clients waiting to buy something similar.

So to summarise, if you are a buyer we will usually have something for you.

If you are a seller, we can usually always source your requirements.

Fees

In most cases where we are retained by the seller, we will not require fees from you.

If you are asking us to sort a specific property and type of investment, with a specific yield in mind, we will require a sourcing fee. In most cases this equates from between 1%-3% of the purchase price. Depending on property value, the lower fee will apply on higher priced buildings.

For all UK buyers fees will be plus VAT at the prevailing rate.

For Overseas buyers, VAT will usually be exempt on fees.

Clear confirmation on Fees and VAT will be given at the start of any engagement.
